Corporate Photographer in London

I'm Andrew, a corporate photographer who works right across London. Headshots, team portraits, personal branding, conference headshots or full event coverage. I bring the setup to your office or venue and keep the whole thing relaxed, even for the people who dread having their photo taken. Let's sort images of your business that actually look like your business.

Your Corporate Photographer

Your business is being judged on its images every single day. The headshot on a bio, the team photo on your About page, the shots from your last event, they tell people who you are before you get the chance to. When those images are a mix of old headshots, phone selfies and one good photo from 2019, it shows. I fix that in one booking. As a mobile corporate photographer, I bring the camera, the lighting and the calm to wherever you are in London, and cover everything from single headshots to full team days and live events.

When to Bring in a Corporate Photographer

A great headshot fills in the blanks for investors, recruiters, hiring managers, and future colleagues alike. They can all create a mental profile of you just by one picture before you have spoken a word to them. It lands a first impression and aids your credibility before you meet any of these people.

I help individuals and corporate teams from all over London develop a natural, refined, but still very professional look through their photos. My sessions are also relaxed, structured and developed for those wanting to be viewed as competent, accessible, and current.

You do not need to know how to pose. You do not need to arrive feeling confident in front of the camera. That is where Shot By Andrew bridges the gap for you.

What I Photograph for London Businesses

Because I work as a full-service mobile photographer, most companies book me for more than one thing. Here's what that usually looks like.‍ ‍

The foundation is headshots. Individual Corporate Headshots London for people who need a sharp, current photo for the website, pitch decks and LinkedIn. When it’s the whole company, Staff Headshots London keep everyone consistent — same lighting, same backdrop, same feel — so your team page looks like one business rather than twenty separate ones. If you’re a founder, consultant or coach who is the business, Business Headshots London give you something with a bit more character than a standard corporate shot.‍ ‍

For groups, Team Portrait Services cover the relaxed "us together" photos around a table, in the office, or out in the city — that bring some personality to your site and socials. People moving jobs or building a profile tend to book LinkedIn Headshots London, and anyone marketing themselves as their own brand can add Personal Branding photography that shows how they actually work, not just how they look. ‍

Then there's the wider corporate work a headshot-only studio can't always help with. I run high-volume headshot stations at conferences and company events, photographing a long line of people quickly while still making each person feel looked after. I also cover general event photography — conferences, awards evenings, networking and away-days — so you come away with proper coverage instead of a handful of blurry phone shots. Add press and PR portraits on a deadline, plus office and culture photos for recruitment pages and investor decks. Because I'm mobile and set up fast, I can run a morning of team headshots and cover your event that afternoon. One photographer, one style, one invoice.

Corporate Photography for London Businesses

London makes company photography harder than it needs to be. Teams are split across offices and home working, so getting everyone in front of the same camera on the same day takes planning. Office space in the City of London or Mayfair rarely has room to build a studio in the corner. And if your people sit in three locations, keeping their headshots consistent is a genuine headache.

Being mobile is how I get around all of it. I bring a compact studio setup that fits into a meeting room, a reception area or a quiet corner, and I photograph your team where they already are. For hybrid teams, we can run a couple of dates to catch everyone, or I'll come back for new starters.

I’m based in Wimbledon and cover all of London — the City, Mayfair, Marylebone and Soho for central bookings, and Clapham, Putney and the wider South West for anyone closer to me. Parking, travel and hiring a studio stop being your problem. You tell me where, and I turn up ready.

What to Expect

Your session begins with a simple question: What do you want to showcase?

Getting started is easy. You don't have to jump on a call if that's not your thing, some people like a Microsoft Teams video call or the phone, others would rather email or use the contact form. I'll meet you where you are. Either way, you tell me what the images are for, who needs to be in them, and any deadlines you're working to. From there I plan the shoot around your day: timings, location, how many people, and the look you're after.

On the day, I handle the awkward bits. I'll guide everyone on posing, expression and where to stand, so nobody has to work it out for themselves. Most people are surprised by how quick and easy it feels.

Edited images land within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the size of the shoot, and you'll get a shortlist to pick your favourites from. Pricing is set out clearly before we start — individual packages and team rates are all listed, so there's no surprise when the invoice arrives.

There are plenty of photographers in London, so here's the honest pitch. I've been photographing people in all manner of situations for over a decade, and I've got a 5.0 rating on Google reviews to back it up. But the thing clients actually remember is that the shoot didn't feel like a chore.

My job is 60% making you feel comfortable and 40% knowing my way around a camera. Get the first part right and the photos look natural, because in that moment you are. Get it wrong and it shows in every frame.

You also get the convenience of one person for the lot — headshots, team photos, branding and events — who comes to you, keeps the pricing honest, and makes sure everyone walks away looking like themselves on a good day. That’s the whole idea.
